We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle -- from workforce planning, sourcing, and screening to offer management and onboarding -- while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, ATS, networking, and other innovative channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely feedback.
Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
Partner with senior HR members to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality hires.
Support employer branding activities, including campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Handle documentation, release of LOIs and appointment letters, and onboarding processes.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment and employment laws.
Proficiency in working with ATS, job portals, and professional networking sites.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build talent pipelines effectively.
Mandatory Criteria
Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
Previous experience
in the FMCG sector is a must

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
