We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to lead internal hiring for our US staffing operations.

Location: 9th Floor, Reach Tower, near Tulip Chowk, Sector 70, Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (UK Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and forecast hiring needs Build strong candidate pipelines using portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process Track recruitment data and maintain dashboards & reports Work within timelines to meet internal staffing goals
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Internal Hiring Hands-on experience in bulk hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines
