Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data.
Prepare and extend job offers, and coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in [Industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
