Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and long-term requirements.
  • Track, manage, and report recruitment activities against hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards at all stages.
Who You Are
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition (internship/fresher experience will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over phone and video calls.
  • Eager to learn recruitment processes and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and naturally skilled at building relationships.
