An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 6 years of experience in bulk or lateral hiring within the BFSI domain. They must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of finance roles such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Taxation, Audit, and Treasury, as well as Global Service Centre (GSC) operations.
The candidate should have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and have a data-driven approach with strong skills in reporting and analytics.
Key Competencies:
End-to-End Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle-from gathering requirements to closing offers-for GSC and finance roles across various levels.
Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and market trends.
Sourcing & Compliance - Utilize a variety of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus drives, and talent mapping for niche skills. Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, internal policies, and maintain accurate data in ATS/HRMS systems.
Vendor Management & Talent Pooling - Engage and coordinate with recruitment agencies for critical or specialized roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support future hiring requirements.
