Position - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Plant Manufacturing hiring)

Location:- Goregaon

Qualifications:

Any graduate with 1-3 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/plant hiring preferred).
oStrong sourcing and headhunting skills.
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
oAbility to handle hiring independently and deliver within deadlines.
oProactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Role & responsibilities

oManage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles (blue-collar, staff, and managerial).
oPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
oSource candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
oScreen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles to ensure the right fit.
oSchedule and coordinate interviews with line managers.
oManage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
oMaintain and update recruitment MIS reports and trackers.
oBuild a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Male / Female with good knowledge of the plant hiring process. Hiring knowledge of (blue-collar, staff, and managerial). Candidates from a consultancy background can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
