FunctionHuman ResourcesBased in India, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Reporting to the Region Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary focus will be delivery of the resourcing strategy across different segments of our Global Technology function; i.e., implementation and hands-on management of all resourcing activities. You will also be a consultative Talent Acquisition (TA) advisor partnering closely with business. More importantly, you will be part of the pioneer Asia TA CoE Team with the unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation of the TA transformation plans.Your Responsibilities

  • Adopt a hands-on role in the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will be driving the definition of role requirements, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening / interviewing / assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and offer acceptance.
  • This includes delivering a superior experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the cycle.
  • You will keep abreast of market trends in assigned geography and utilize these knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (direct search, social media, recruitment agencies etc.) and run targeted sourcing strategies for niche roles or in challenging talent markets.
  • You will support the deployment of the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a local level in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position ADM as an employer of choice
  • Ensure process adherence and roll out initiatives to drive process consistency and recruitment compliance
  • Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
  • Represent company at on-campus and virtual recruiting events and job fairs
  • Work internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resources
Your Profile
  • At least 5 years of technology recruiting experience
  • Comfortable working on matrix, international and diverse environment
  • Experience with using a diverse set of ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, Kenexa and other sourcing channels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines, including high-volume environment
  • Customer relationship-oriented, ability to build strong relationships with senior level stakeholders
  • Ownership and entrepreneur mindset. You will be working independently most of the time.
