Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our HR team. The role

involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while supporting end-to-end

recruitment processes. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal experience

who are looking to start a career in HR & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

:

? Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from the hiring managers

? Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals

? Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates

? Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews

? Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

? Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

? Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

? Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs as per company guidelines

Skills & Qualifications:

? Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

? Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities

? Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus

? Comfortable working in an evening/night shift

? Proficient in MS Excel and email communication

Educational Qualification:

? Graduate in any discipline

? MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory
