Key Skills & Responsibilities:



Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English). Experience in hiring at all levels of experience, like Manager, senior-level and junior-level positions Must have experience in the end-to-end Recruitment process. Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers. Screening Candidates from different Job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social networking, etc.) Must have the ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for the best results. Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates Relevant to the requirement. Must have strong follow-up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and upcoming job requirements. Maintaining reports and a database of candidates. Must be flexible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
