Roles and Responsibilities
Working experience with key processes such as talent management and recruitment for the US region.
Sourcing profiles using different job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms.
Reporting directly to the line manager and acting as a point of contact for all internal and external tasks.
Skills and Requirements
2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Non IT Recruitment and US Market
Experience in sourcing from multiple channels.
Clear written and spoken communication.
Proficiency in screening candidate profiles.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Technically savvy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
