Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of various IT domains and job functions
Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and urgency
Nice to Have:
Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
