Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters; conduct performance reviews; set goals and guide professional development.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent; oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs; maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with HR and marketing to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Drive fair and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse talent pipelines.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
Streamline recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and track key metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in managing hiring goals and recruitment operations.
Strong knowledge of ATS tools, HR software, and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
