Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, Screening, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will also be responsible for communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualifications
4 + Years Experience in full life-cycle recruiting and hiring
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Experience in E- interviewing candidates
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Experience in using recruiting software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
