Job Description

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for positions including civil engineers, site supervisors, safety officers, project managers, quantity surveyors etc. Use job portals, social media, campus hiring, agencies, and employee referrals to source candidates. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or virtual interviews, and coordinate technical rounds with project teams. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases on ZOHO recruit. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations. Coordinate onboarding processes for selected candidates and ensure timely documentation and joining

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
