Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for mid to senior-level roles in the EPC sector, with a strong focus on meeting hiring deadlines and managing high-pressure recruitment cycles.

Reporting to:-

Head HR

Key Result Areas:-

1) Interview Coordination: Schedule and block calendars for interviews across departments.

2) Communication & Coordination: Maintain excellent communication, with strong coordination skills across departments.

3) Candidate Management: Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups on interview rounds.

4) Stakeholder Engagement: Collect and manage feedback from the management post interviews.

5) Recruitment Execution: Drive end-to-end hiring for middle and senior-level positions, especially under tight deadlines.

6) Onboarding Support: Assist in induction and smooth joining process for new hires.

7) Sector-Focused Hiring: Source and recruit talent specifically from the EPC industry.

8) Administrative Support: Handle admin tasks and provide support to the HR Head and other team members as required.

9) Compliance & Verification: Conduct and manage background verification checks for selected candidates.

Educational Qualification:-

Any Graduates in commerce background, BBA and MBA in HR will given priority.

Required Skills:-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good command over English Soft spoken and professional demeanor Result-oriented and deadline-driven mindset Strong coordination and organizational skills Proven ability to perform under pressure

Work Experience:-

2-6 years of experience in HR or administrative role (Hands-on experience in hiring for the EPC industry is mandatory)

Location:-

Ahmedabad (Local Male Candidate preferred)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
