We are seeking a passionate and proactive Talent to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our IT/software teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and hiring technical talent, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the IT job market.
Understand technical job requirements and create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with relevant departments
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer negotiations
Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR team
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure timely hiring as per project requirements
