As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-quality candidates to meet client requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruitment leads, and candidates to ensure timely closures and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job descriptions and client requirements across various industries and roles.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), social media, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases
.
Conduct
initial screenings
via phone/video to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up until closure.
Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and daily reporting to team leads/managers.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet daily/weekly
profile submission and closure targets

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of
proven experience in recruitment or staffing consultancy
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment platforms.
Good understanding of different industry verticals and job functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with
ATS systems
, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools is a plus.
