About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition to drive our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of talent markets, employer branding, and leadership hiring.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment lifecycle. Proven working experience in startup settings

Proven experience in handling leadership and niche hiring.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field. 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Exposure to multiple industries and large-scale hiring will be an added advantage.
