Talent Acquisition Specialist (4+ Years Experience)

Results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles. Experienced working in fast-paced recruitment consultancies and added advantage will be in case the person has also worked in high-growth IT product/SaaS organizations. Skilled in sourcing niche talent, stakeholder management, employer branding, and driving hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Handle diverse hiring mandates including
roles.
Drive volume hiring, lateral hiring, and niche technical and non technical recruitment.
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and workforce plans.
Conduct regular check-ins to align on hiring progress, market insights, and candidate pipeline status.
Provide consultancy on role definitions, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability.
3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Leverage multiple sourcing channels:
LinkedIn Recruiter
, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and internal talent pools.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
Use Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and data-driven insights to support hiring targets.
4. Screening & Selection
Conduct detailed resume screening and technical/non-technical assessments.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate progression.
Facilitate competency-based interviews and analyse cultural fit.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Ensure consistent communication and a high-quality experience for all candidates.
Support branding initiatives such as promoting company culture, career pages, and social media hiring campaigns.
Represent the company at hiring events, career fairs, and networking platforms.

Use ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, or similar) for workflow management and compliance.
Present data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and strategy.
7. Offer Management
Drive salary discussions, prepare offer proposals, and manage negotiations within budget.
Ensure smooth documentation, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding coordination with HR Ops.
