Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in end-to-end hiring, strong screening capabilities, and expertise in sourcing top talent through LinkedIn and job portals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening of candidates based on job requirements and role fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
Communicate with candidates throughout the selection process for smooth onboarding.
Understand hiring needs by coordinating with team leads and department heads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of recruitment experience (Nutrition, E-commerce industry preferred).
Strong expertise inscreening candidates and evaluating their suitability.
Ability to source senior profiles through LinkedIn search and headhunting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player with a confident and proactive attitude.
Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, etc.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
