Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring.
Assess technical skills and understand IT role requirements.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and share weekly hiring reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to
IT hiring
.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
