We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Conduct telephonic/initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Manage applicant tracking and maintain recruitment-related reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives/career fairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably across multiple domains/industries).Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
