We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while ensuring smooth coordination with consultants and maintaining positive employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. ? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. ? Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking. ? Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical/functional interviewers. ? Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.). ? Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. ? Coordinate with external consultants for manpower requirements, ensuring timely communication and feedback. ? Follow up with consultants on candidate status, documentation, and ensure timely processing of related payments. ? Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants to enhance employer branding. ? Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. ? Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ?
