Role Title: Talent Acquisition
Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi
Responsibilities and Duties
Expertise in:
Manage and implement all recruiting tasks
Oversee the hiring process and making necessary modification.
Enlist job postings forums which can source deserving candidates at the time of hiring.
Regularly updating job descriptions and requirements.
Conduct interviews and tests of the applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting.
Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from preparing before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Carry out initial interview and forward to next level
Meet time line and get candidate on board on time
Meet departmental head and get positions and approval from management
Develop and maintain talent management processes.
Monitor employee morale and company culture.
Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Identify future staffing needs.
Administer employee on-boarding and orientation.
Taking care of joining formalities , exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
