Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Post job openings on job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
Source candidates using innovative recruitment strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals).
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
Knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite.
