Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead our recruitment efforts across functions, with a particular focus on premium, design-forward, and client-facing roles. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent who align with SUNROOOF's vision of innovation, wellness, and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across Sales, Design, Technical, and Corporate functions.
Understand the brand's premium positioning and identify talent who align with SUNROOOF's values and aesthetic.
Source candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, job boards, and premium industry networks.
Screen and assess candidates effectively for skill, culture fit, and long-term potential.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, especially in luxury-focused industries.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and challenges.
Represent SUNROOOF professionally, acting as a brand ambassador to both potential hires and the industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-4 years of prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in industries such as Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Furniture, Premium Realty, or other design/luxury verticals.
Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for premium/luxury brands or high-touch client service roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and ability to adapt to fast-changing business needs.
High attention to detail, follow-through, and an ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Passionate about employer branding and building teams that embody company values.
Experience in using ATS platforms, recruitment CRMs, and engagement tools like WhatsApp professionally.
