Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for multiple clients across domains (IT/Non-IT). Interact with clients to understand hiring requirements and JD specifics. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct

initial telephonic interviews

to assess suitability. Coordinate interviews with client-side hiring teams and follow up regularly. Negotiate salary and handle offer roll-out and joining coordination. Maintain recruitment tracker and daily MIS reports. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Handle bulk hiring, niche requirements, and leadership roles as per client demand.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

1-4 years of experience

in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm. Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using various platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work on

multiple mandates and strict deadlines.

Comfortable handling both

domestic and international hiring

(if applicable). Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM is an advantage.
