Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source candidates using various channels including campus, social network, online platforms, referral at last consultants.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Manage the candidate experience from application to offer.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking .
Develop and implement effective, data-driven recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and source of hire.
