Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment.Partner with clients/stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build strong relationships.
2. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and innovative channels.
3. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
4. Drive offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
5. Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, etc.).
