Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer rollout.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, agencies) to source top talent.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate applicants based on job requirements.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build a strong employer brand by delivering a great candidate experience.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Attend job fairs, campus drives, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
