Key Responsibilities
Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels (job boards, social media, referrals). Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for roles and company culture. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts. Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. Promote employer branding through outreach, events, and digital presence. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during hiring.
