Source top-quality candidates through various channels such as
job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals
, and professional networks.
Draft and publish engaging
job descriptions
and
hiring advertisements
to attract the right talent.
Conduct
initial screening calls
to assess candidates' technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain and update candidate records within the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
and ensure accurate data reporting.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the entire recruitment process.
Take ownership of and participate in
walk-in drives, campus hiring
, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
3-5 years
of proven experience in
full-cycle recruitment
(preferably IT/Non-IT mix)
Strong sourcing skills across
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
, and other job portals
Good understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in using
ATS tools
and Excel for recruitment tracking
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
