About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Freelance Recruiter
to support high-volume hiring for BPO/Back-Office roles. The recruiter will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to successfully onboard
450 freshers
across Maharashtra. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, structured coordination, and the ability to manage large walk-in drives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume hiring.
Engage with colleges, training institutes, and local networks to scale sourcing activities.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct high-volume telephonic and virtual screenings to assess communication skills, job readiness, and alignment with role expectations.
Manage candidate trackers and ensure timely updates.
3. Walk-In & Interview Coordination
Organize and manage walk-in drives across Mumbai/Thane in collaboration with HRBP, Operations, QA, Training, and MI teams.
Schedule interviews, coordinate assessment rounds, and ensure smooth candidate flow.
4. Selection & Offer Management
Ensure accurate documentation collection and verification.
Roll out offers as per company guidelines and in compliance with
Maharashtra labor regulations
.
Maintain offer acceptance rates and follow up with selected candidates.
5. Onboarding & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, induction planning, and day-one readiness with HRBP, Operations, Training, and other teams.
Ensure the successful onboarding of
450 candidates
within the defined timelines.
Provide daily/weekly hiring MIS updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all hiring documentation, assessments, and offers follow internal and statutory guidelines.
Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance norms for BPO/back-office hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
high-volume hiring
(preferably for BPO, back-office, or fresher talent).
Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle walk-in drives, assessments, and end-to-end recruitment logistics.
Familiarity with hiring compliance and documentation processes in Maharashtra.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and discipline.
Engagement Duration
Project-based -- until successful onboarding of 450 candidates.
Work Mode
Hybrid/Field-based (walk-in coordination, local sourcing, campus/outreach activities).
