Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Logistics positions (Dispatchers, Brokers, Operations, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Experience in
US Logistics recruitment is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in
night shift (US time zone)
Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
Female candidate required
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience
Prior experience in US staffing/logistics hiring preferred
