Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, referrals etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring metrics and progress.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitating a smooth joining experience.
