Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities also include developing employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

Possess 6 months to 1 year experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills Experience in Employer Branding and Recruiting Strong Interviewing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Previous experience in tech recruitment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
