Key Responsibilities:
Lead
campus recruitment strategy and execution
across Tier 1/2/3 institutes
Manage relationships with
placement cells, faculty, and student bodies
Drive
PPTs, career fairs, internships, and PPO programs
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning
Track hiring metrics (offers, joins, ROI) and ensure timely closures
Strengthen
employer branding
across campuses
Requirements:
5-10 years of TA experience with
5+ years in campus hiring
Experience managing
bulk and niche campus recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Pay: ₹1,084,315.95 - ₹1,338,170.83 per year
