We are seeking a results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to take ownership of bulk hiring for BPO operations. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end recruitment with efficiency and quality.
Requirements
MBA graduate with 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or bulk recruitment
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Strong organizational & multitasking skills to manage multiple positions
Responsibilities
Lead high-volume recruitment drives for BPO roles.
Develop sourcing strategies for bulk hiring.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit.
Drive salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth onboarding and employee experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
