Key Responsibilities of the position:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other hiring platforms.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for sales, technical, and operational roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening, interviews, and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.
Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and HR databases.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Support other HR duties such as employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation as required
