Talent Acquisition Executive

who can bring structure, speed, and sharp judgment to our hiring pipeline. This role isn't just about filling positions -- it's about shaping the academic and corporate workforce of a respected institution.

What You'll Drive

End-to-end hiring for teaching & non-teaching roles Screening, interviewing & coordinating with academic leaders JD creation, candidate evaluation & interview scheduling Sourcing through job portals, social platforms & headhunting Onboarding, orientation & documentation Maintaining trackers, recruitment MIS & compliance records Ensuring recruitment aligns with AICTE norms & institutional standards*

Who Thrives Here

2-4 years of experience in recruitment (education sector preferred) Strong communication & stakeholder management Excellent understanding of hiring trends in academic institutions Fast-paced decision maker with high integrity Proficient in MS Office + recruitment tools Someone who enjoys building teams, not just closing positions
