ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with 3-8 years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition, particularly focused on sourcing Marketing, Sales, Marketing Research Based roles, Design, and some nontraditional Events Experience roles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at meeting tight deadlines, and possess a proven track record of creative sourcing strategies and exceptional candidate engagement skills. International recruitment experience is a must along with hiring expertise across different levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to proactively source and attract top talent
Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals within specified timelines.
Build and organize a strong pipeline of candidates
Drive targeted head-hunting in LinkedIn
Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and providing support as needed.
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization and values, mission, and culture to prospective candidates.
Generate regular reports and metrics to monitor recruitment activities, track progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
Use search platforms like LinkedIn and cold-call through different databases (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, IIM Jobs, etc.)
Act as a consultant for hiring managers and candidates through every step of their interview process.
Assisting the HR Manager to gather employee records and HR data.
Verifies candidates' background by contacting references.
Coordinating and handling Office events/ functions, Fun Fridays etc.
Preparing reports and analytics related to HR data.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Marketing and Sales positions.
International recruitment experience is a must
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.
Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing strategies, with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
