This Talent Acquisition Sourcer role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier professional and corporate talent for Porch Group's growing teams, with a special focus on leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and market intelligence. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers in both the US and India, using your expertise in sourcing tools and your deep understanding of talent landscape to build strong, diverse pipelines.
What You Will Do As a Talent Acquisition SourcerDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates for a variety of professional and corporate roles across US and India.
Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant databases, to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
Conduct market mapping, talent pool research, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Engage with candidates through creative outreach, networking, and relationship-building, serving as a brand ambassador for Porch Group.
Track and manage candidate data and sourcing activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with global teams, particularly US-based stakeholders, to support cross-border hiring initiatives and share best practices.
Stay current on talent trends, sourcing techniques, and the evolving India talent market to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
What You Will Bring As a Talent Acquisition SourcerBachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of degree).
3+ years of hands-on sourcing and prospecting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other global sourcing platforms/tools.
Deep knowledge of US professional and corporate talent pools, with a demonstrated ability to find and attract top talent across multiple functions (ex. leadership level, Insurance industry experience).
Experience supporting US-based business teams or working in a global organization.
Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations (Eastern Standard Time overlap).
A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
