Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent for IT, Digital, ITES, and BPS verticals

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing

• Utilize digital sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS

• Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth through strategic talent acquisition

Requirements
Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT, Digital, ITES, or BPS verticals

• Proven track record of successful recruitment, with hands-on experience in sourcing and closing

• Expertise in digital sourcing tools and technologies

• Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
