We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Talent Acquisition Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule and manage interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and share recruitment MIS and reports on a regular basis.
Support employer branding and hiring campaigns when required.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools.
Willingness to work 6 days a week from office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
