Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Follow up with shortlisted candidates till joining
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Support employer branding and hiring drives when required
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and recruitment lifecycle
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Proficient in MS Excel and email communication

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
