Job Responsibilities - End to End recruitment process.

Design and update job description

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and Portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard End to End Onboarding Process

Onboarding New Joiner's, Completing Joining Formalities as per checklist, Generating Employee Code within the Timeline.

Taking Feedback from Hired Candidate & the Team after 03 Months from the date of Joining make a Report and submit it in Management.

Sharing Welcome Kit & Training Program Structure to the New Jonee, Orientation on HR Policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
