Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and determine recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and career fairs.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
