About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes across IT and Non-IT functions, with the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and maintain accurate candidate records in the internal database. Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Match candidate skills and experience with job requirements across various domains. Manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. Represent the organization professionally to enhance employer branding. Apply advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive and niche talent pools. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring. Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple hiring priorities efficiently.
