Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Work closely with hiring managers for timely and quality hiring
Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Experience in Non IT hiring
