Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles across counseling, sales, operations, and support functions.

Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR screening for cultural and role fit before forwarding shortlisted candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with functional teams and leadership.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.

Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in study abroad, overseas education, EdTech.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media recruitment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills
